We were very fortunate to be able to work with Tester and Schmidt to find our new home in Watertown. Tom is willing to go head over heals for his clients as we found out at our first showing (ha, ha). (At our first house showing Tom accidentaly stepped off a ledge into the sunken living room and did a summersault into the couch while his papers went flying). Larry and Tom listened to what our needs were, and what we could afford, and then worked hard to find houses that were a good fit for us. They are also both very easy to work with, with very outgoing and enjoyable personalites. Just be aware of Tom's driving skills, they will keep you on your toes. In the end they were able to help us find a house that worked for us, and helped us secure a very affordable price. I will use Tester and Schmidt for all of my future real estate needs.
